For Physicians & Health Partners

A rehab partner
you can trust

Refer patients for movement, mobility, and corrective exercise — executed under your clinical direction, with coordination you can count on.

How it works

Coordinated care, clear scope

1 · You refer

Send a patient with your goals and any movement restrictions. Tom reviews and confirms fit before the first session.

2 · Tom executes

Corrective exercise, mobility, and trigger point work delivered at home or gym — within the scope you define.

3 · You stay informed

Progress is communicated back so care stays coordinated and outcomes stay on track.

Scope of practice

Movement & mobility — not diagnosis

Tom is a certified trainer and trigger point therapy specialist, not a diagnosing clinician. He executes movement, mobility, and corrective-exercise programs under the physician's clinical authority — a force multiplier for your treatment plan, never a replacement for medical care.

Patient education

See exactly what we tell your patients

A free, open library on training, nutrition, hormones and the longevity treatments patients ask about. No account, no paywall — read any of it before you refer.

Patients over 45 arrive having already read something about testosterone, peptides, NAD+ drips or hyperbaric chambers. The library explains what these actually are, what the evidence does and doesn’t support, and where the answer is “ask your doctor” — so the conversation starts from something accurate instead of from a clinic’s marketing.

Every article carries the same standing disclaimer, states the strength of the evidence behind each claim, and cites primary sources. The library is written by a coach, not reviewed by a physician — and if you read something you’d want corrected before your patients see it, we want to hear it. Tell us and we’ll change it.

What the library never does: give doses, cycles or sourcing for any drug, hormone or peptide; interpret a patient’s labs; suggest changing or stopping a prescription; or diagnose anything. Those lines are written into the editorial standard, not left to judgement.

Active-aging patients

Keep patients strong at 40, 50, 60+

Tom Ockerman — coaching for active aging

It's never too late to build strength safely — and Tom is living proof, still competing on the bodybuilding stage in his 50s. For patients who want to stay mobile, strong, and independent as they age, he builds a safe, progressive routine that respects their restrictions and reinforces your care plan.

  • Older adults easing back into exercise after a sedentary stretch
  • Post-rehab patients rebuilding strength and mobility
  • Patients managing chronic pain, arthritis, or joint limitations
  • Anyone 40, 50, or 60+ who wants to age strong — under your direction

Every program stays within the scope you define and is reported back so care stays coordinated.
